Jake,

Click save when viewing the results. Open up imcalc, select the contrast
you saved. Use the equation i1>0. Then you will have your mask.

Then you can choose mask with image when viewing the results. Remember that
the corrected statistics (e.g. FWE and FDR are still based on the whole
brain. To get the corrected results for your mask, you need to click the
SVC button as well.
