Have you had the pleasure of working with British Science Association volunteers?  Perhaps you’ve presented at or attended a local Branch event or British Science Festival event?  Or maybe you have been involved in CREST and know a mentor who has really worked hard to make a difference?

 

At the British Science Association we select one volunteer each year to receive the Sir Walter Bodmer Award for Volunteering.  Nominations are invited from February to April and the winner is chosen on the basis of impact and innovation.  The winner is presented with a trophy at the British Science Festival.

I am part time.  My usual working days are Monday and Tuesday all day with a third day split over the rest of the week.
