Just so that you are aware, the American Linear Collider Workshop will take place at Fermilab
the week of May 12-16 and the MAP Spring-Summer Meeting will take place at Fermilab May 27-31.

This is a brief note to kick off consideration of the 2014 PASI meeting which we agreed to hold at FNAL.
Behind the scenes there has been some traffic about dates because the STFC senior management, and some of the UK scientists and engineers, have a number of conflicts around the dates previously agreed for the PASI meeting (07-09 April 2014).
The clashes as I know them are:
* UK/STFC:
* In conjunction with the NP and PP IoP conferences;
* Nuclear Physics Town Meeting: 07Apr14.
* Particle Physics Town Meeting: 08Apr14;
* IoP Particle and Beams Group conference: 10Apr14; and
* Neutrons and Muons Users Meeting: 10Apr14
* US/FNAL:
* FRA Board: week of 14Apr14;
We have two choices:
1. Carry on regardless implying no senior STFC presence and perhaps difficulty getting some of the UK people to come; or
2. Re-set the date for May.
After some discussion, Stuart and I propose to solicit dates in May for the PASI’14 meeting from all of you via a Doodle poll that Car Tate will set up.
In addition, it would be valuable to have a conveners’ phone call late in February or early in March to agree the date of the PASI’14 meeting and to take the first steps in organising the meeting. Crae will also make a Doodle to set the date of the conveners meeting.
Crae will be in touch with the Doodles in due course.
