Wow - that's some medical. You must have a heap of money to do routine stool cultures as well as offer "travel" vaccinations? I think you will find the majority of employers will provide a food handler screening questionnaire with stool samples only on positive history. As stool samples are generally taken to find out if someone is a carrier and as only 1% turn out to be it is sensible to screen on positive history. I'm not sure it is relevant to find out if someone has acquired immunity via vaccination as it is not in the employers interest to protect employees from typhoid unless they are working as a traveling food prep person? Of course being vaccinated doesn't mean they are fully protected of future infection either so not clear on the justification for confirming if immunity has been reached.
