VeRoLog two-day Mini School on VRP 2014

Bologna (Italy), may 5 and 6, 2014

Overview

VeRoLog, the EURO Working Group on Vehicle Routing and Logistics Optimization, in collaboration with the University of Bologna will organize a mini course on Vehicle Routing Problem. The course is open to PhDs who are member of VeRoLog and is held in Bologna at the Department of Electrical, Electronic and Information Engineering “Guglielmo Marconi”, in Viale Risorgimento, 2 - Bologna.

The course is aimed at providing an overview of the latest advances in the design of heuristic and exact methods for the VRP with a special attention to the design of software tools for the solution of routing real-world applications.

The course will include 12-16 hours of lectures starting at 9-9.30 in the morning.

The detailed program of the lectures will be distributed very soon.

 
Dates and registration

The course is open to PhD and young researchers. There is no registration fee and the only requirement is to register as VeRoLog members.

Interested students MUST register before April , 5, 2014 by sending an email to [log in to unmask] by specifying [VRP school 2014] in the subject and indicating name and affiliation. If required, a certificate of attendance will be provided to participants.
