Dear MECCSA Colleagues,

Our sincere apologies for bizarrely mixing up the names of colleagues from UNC whilst listing our Keynote Speakers for FILM AND MEDIA 2014 earlier today. Here is the corrected message.

We are pleased to announce that Professors Lawrence Grossberg (University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill), Mandy Merck (Royal Holloway, University of London) and Daya Thussu (University of Westminster) have kindly agreed to give Keynote Addresses at 'FILM AND MEDIA 2014: The Fourth Annual London Film and Media Conference - Visions of Identity: Global Film & Media'.

The conference, which will also feature a screening of John Akomfrah's film 'The Stuart Hall Project', takes place at the Institute of Education Conference Centre, 20 Bedford Way, Bloomsbury, London WC1 on 26-28 June 2014.

Proposals for Papers are now being accepted on the event website at www.thelondonfilmandmediaconference.com. The numerous early acceptances from two dozen countries can be found there. Proposal Deadline: 31 March 2014. Early Bird Registration Deadline: 30 April 2014.

With all best wishes,
Academic Conferences London.
