I am delighted to pass on the attached call for papers from Christina Voigt on the 'Legitimate Role(s) of Human Rights Courts in Environmental Disputes'. As you will see, the call refers to an international conference organised by The Center of Excellence “PluriCourts” at the University of Oslo, Faculty of Law on the legitimate role(s) of Human Rights courts and tribunal in adjudicating environmental disputes. The conference is to be held in Oslo, 8 and 9 September 2014, and about 5 or 6 of the very best papers will be published in a dedicated edition of the Journal of Human Rights and the Environment.
