Hi - I suggest reading the FSL manual pages on general-GLM, randomise and dual-regression, to learn more about the design / contrast matrices.  If your group comparisons (etc) are the same for FSLNets as for dual-regression then yes you can use the same files.

Cheers.

Hi all,

I'd like to try FSL Nets but I'm uncertain what to input at design.con and design.mat. Does the script automatically take the files from the dual_regression folder or do I have to take those I've generated beforehand for the dual regression? If so, where do they have to be stored (in which directory)?

Thanks,
Marisa
