Historical treasures need to be protected - San Antonio Express-News
The journal's call arrived in my inbox as two "activist" archives are being
celebrated in San Antonio. The Rev. Claude and ZerNona Black
collection at Trinity
University<http://www.mysanantonio.com/?controllerName=search&action=search&channel=sacultura%2Fconexion&search=1&inlineLink=1&query=%22Trinity+University%22>officially
will open this week with an exhibit, panel and speaker. It's a
large, rich collection, primarily from the late civil rights leader,
politician and Baptist preacher who played a pivotal role in San Antonio's
integration.
