Currently RA within each area are paid for by schools or service areas, some of which have very modest budgets. They are also supplemented by Access to work funding where ever possible. Specific questions. -How was your budget set up? It was set up after I made an initial request to the Finance Director and it was subsequently approved by our Executive cttee. - How much is it? We have a budget of £5-10K - Who manages it? The Director of Occupational Health - Is it available to all schools and departments? Yes - Are there any issues with having a central budget? None so far. It has been operating for 3 years I really appreciate your response and happy to collate and distribute responses.
