Happy New Year Everybody! What better way of kicking off 2014 then with a long list of tickets assigned to the UK? Whilst you all rattle of the (hopefully) extensive list of better ways to start a new year I'll just point out that this review is intended more as a gentle reminder of the tickets we have open, rather then a nag for progress. I for one am still shaking off the holiday hibernation, it's amazing what you can forget in a fortnight off!
