After getting the con#.img from the level one analysis, I'm attempting the 2nd level analysis. So I took the con#.img, but I am not getting results from the spm.mat files. It is a blank spm.mat file with no conditions or anything else.
The con# images have the same contrast weight, but I'm not sure what's going on.
