Hi, My experiment has 2 conditions "stimulus-1" and "stimulus-2," and I modelled them in each subject's 1st-level model in som8. To examine if stimulus effect modulated the functional connectivity between a hypothetical ROI and other brain regions, I did gPPI using the ROI as a seed. In a group-level analysis, I was further interested if the connectivity between the ROI and other brain regions was correlated with a behavior measure. Group map did show that ROI-insula connectivity was correlated with the measure but how can I extract the connectivity data to plot a linear regression figure? Thanks Mark
