Hi Ian, Thanks. I know ImCalc but, before that, how can I normalize each subject's T1 images to standard template? Should I use "Normalise (Write)," and if so, how to set the parameters, such as Parameter File and Images to write in "Normalise (Write)")? Thanks in advance. Mark
