Dear SPM users

In SPM, is there is any way of reconstruction of T1-weighted images from GM, WM and CSF. In detail, if I've a T1-weighted MRI and I've segmented it into GM, WM and CFS. Now, is there any option to reconstruct original image (T1-weighted) with the help of the GM, WM, CSF and *_sn.mat files.
