Now it is your turn. --- Many journals have a valuable rule about debates: Although original contributions may be of any length, a comment on a contribution can not be greater than 1/2 the size of the original. Similarly, any comment on a comment cannot be longer than 1/2 the size of the target comment. That rule would do wonders for the quality of the discussions on this list.
