Thanks Jon

But won’t that give me a sample rate of 250 not 256? I have a program that I want to read the data into and It requires that the data be at a 256 sample rate. It will not let you change it.

Will it take a factor or 3.90625?

I will try maxfilter

Hi Kim,

I think that would be a factor of 4. You might also try downsampling via the maxfilter command line via -ds 4 -nosss.

Does anyone know what to use for the downsampling_factor?

I am trying to downsample a file from 1000Hz to 256Hz using fiff_downsample and it wants a downsampling_factor. Do I use 256 or 3.9 (1000/256) or .256 (256/1000) ?

Thanks
Kim
