HEA STEM Technician of the Year 2014

 

Applications for the HEA’s annual STEM Technician of the Year close on 1 February 2014.

 

Nominations for the eight discipline-specific categories can come from technicians, academic staff, students and senior management.

 

The award scheme aims to highlight the importance of the technician’s contribution to the learning and teaching experience.

 

The categories are Biological Sciences, Built Environment, Computing, Engineering and Materials, GEES, MSOR, Physical Sciences and Psychology.

 

Award winners will be announced at the HEA STEM annual conference on 30 April – 1 May 2014. Winners will each receive £250 worth of vouchers.
