Dear all, does anyone know of any framework (similary to ITIL or DMBOK) for an Information/Library Service, or does anyone have experience of using either of these in a Library/Information Service? I work in the commercial sector but I am interested in any relevant frameworks used in any sector? Thank you in advance.
