Dear Colleagues

In response to the current climate, are you trying to find ever new and
innovative ways to support demands from students whilst proving your worth
to managers? Then come along to one of this year’s CoLRiC events and hear
from practitioners in the field who are making a difference. The 2014
events, being held in Taunton (21st March), Durham (16th May) and London
(6th June) aim to explore some of the routes different services are taking
to demonstrate best practice and will also showcase winners of the 2013
CoLRiC Beacon and Best Practice Awards.

Following on from the success of the 2013 Information Literacy programme,
there will also be a chance to hear about the work CoLRiC is continuing to
undertake in this area.

Each event will run from 10.00 am – 3.30 pm, allowing time for networking;
cost, including lunch, only £75 for CoLRiC members, £100 for non-members.

Further details and a booking form are available on the CoLRiC website at:
http://www.colric.org.uk/events.php.

CoLRiC is an independent organisation working with library and learning
resources centre managers in further education and sixth form colleges to
enhance and maintain excellence in their services.

Please contact me if you have any queries.

Best wishes

Sue
