Dear David Here at Leeds University Library our practice is as follows: a) We do not place a limit on the number of requests a reader can make. However we do make a charge for Document Supply requests. b) We never make Document Supply requests for books which are on loan. The reader would need to reserve our copy of the book. c) If one of our readers reserved a book which we had lent through Document Supply the borrowing library would be asked to return the item earlier than the original due date. The new due date would be one week from the date on which the book was reserved.
