I have a problem when try to run
run_first -i T1 -t T1_to_std_sub.mat -n 40 -o T1_first -m /usr/share/fsl/5.0/data/first/models_317_bin/L_Hipp_bin
the command dont work and appears a message
model file not found
Someone have any idea how I can solved this
