Dear Expert I kept getting this error message when running 2nd level fMRI analysis in FEAT. Registration has not been run for all of the FEAT directories that you have selected for group analysis. Please turn on and setup registration. It seems that there is something run with the 1st level analysis? Or is it possible that there is no problem with the 1st level analysis? Any good way to check it out? Thanks!
