Hi, I'm doing co-registration in SPM, but want to do reslicing using sinc interpolation which is (as far as I know) not implemented in SPM. Therefore I want to use FSL's FLIRT instead to do the reslicing. My problem is that SPM and FSL handle the affine transformation matrix in different ways. Does anyone know how to convert the affine transformation matrix from SPM to make it compatible with FSL? Best, Karen
