Dear All, I recently encountered a problem with my mean_FA map after TBSS. I digged around a little and found that some of my individual FA maps are problematic. For example, the brain is often cut off some parts toward the back of the brain. I wondered if this is due to the problem of the original data? I attached my mean_FA map, as well as one individual FA after DTIFIT. Hope someone could suggest on how to solve this problem. Thanks in advance, Catherine
