Dear FSL experts,
I have been trying to run TBSS analysis for a GWAS study. Instead of using the 1*1*1mm TBSS skeleton in the TBSS pipeline, I want to reduce the resolution of the TBSS skeleton to 2*2*2mm before the step that all FA images are projected to the TBSS skeleton. Would you mind suggesting how I can achieve this aim?
