Hi FSL users, I was wondering if anyone has used FAST segmentation to initiate probabilistic tractography? more specifically selecting only voxels on the grey–white matter interface ... I was wondering how one decides on a threshold of which voxels to include or not as a seed, based on the PVE probability files created by FAST? Thanks, -Mojdeh
