Greetings FSL experts, I have just started using FSL-SIENA to compare longitudinal changes in total brain volume between 3 groups of subjects. I am using the following standard command: siena subject_time1 subject_time2 Given the importance of BET accuracy in all subsequent FSL analyses, I would like to spend a lot of time on this initial phase of the pipeline. The user guide mentioned that it is not necessary to have a "perfect" output. May I request image examples of desirable BET results? Very grateful for your assistance.
