Hi all, I noticed a previously reported bug is occurring in FSLview. The saved masks seem to be flipped. I open fslview through the terminal and load a niftii file created by other program. Then I draw a mask on it. After saving the mask I load it again. Something weird happens to FSLview because the new file appears on the spot of the mask while the mask itself is shifts on the contralateral side. At this point I don't know what to trust, the mask that I loaded, or the mask that I was drawing which now is contralateral. Is there a way to fix this (I noticed other posts on this bug, not a solution though).
