Hi All We have just run our first set of NG BTEC Onscreen tests and are now worried for the future. In particular: 1. The system is very pernickety with complex architecture with: a). a server service, b). a client for the exams team, c). another client for the invigilator, d). a third set of clients for the candidates. Keeping all of these running and up to date looks a major task. 2. There are multiple stages to getting the exams into a condition to be run, all of which have to be done in order. 3. The turnaround for results seems very slow at 28-56 days. This does not compare well to other awarding organisations. 4. There is no EDI upload for booking the exams. Is anyone else running these exams and if so would you be willing to share your experiences? Regards Duncan
