Would it be available from regulatory data as safety would need to be established in all stages and also in after market research. There is the patient experience barometer which pharma also looks at which might be added as extra information. In other words if you are choosing between two drugs with a similar efficacy and similar price you might want to compare adverse events. One intervention might have a few minor adverse events while the other intervention might have a few minor adverse events plus 1-2 major adverse events associated with it.
