Yes, but the vernacular glosses in the Summarium Heinrici are late Old High German and hardly relevant for the coastal regions of West Francia.   "OG" is a term which should be avoided, since it says nothing about dialect provenance.    There was no such thing as as "Old German".  If one must have a blanket term "ContGerm" is better, since, by implication, it also embraces West Frankish and Old Low Franconian.
