I am drafting up a policy on the kind of evidence we can/can’t accept for registering students with us at the disability office (and by default hopefully to use for a DSA application).

 

Does anyone have a policy on this they currently use that they wouldn’t mind sharing with me (on or off list) for some pointers please? (Apologies for cross-posting).
