Kilombo: International Relations and Colonial Questions

Please do get in touch if you have a project that accords to the aims of the series, which are:
• To be recognized as the key forum in IR for the publication of research into the colonial question across a broad array of approaches, issue areas and debates.
• To exercise leadership in the field by actively soliciting top-quality work from established and globally-recognized academics as well as the best innovative work from early career scholars, and to use select collaborative enterprises in the form of edited
volumes to pioneer new directions of inquiry. The series editors intend to cultivate close and supportive relationships with contributors, especially those who are early-career scholars, in order to ensure that titles have a lasting impact.
• To cultivate inter-disciplinarity within the field of IR by selectively introducing innovative and cognate research from other disciplines into the field.
• To contribute to debates in the field which extend beyond Western academic constituencies to include academics and interested parties from the Global South. To support this aim, the series editors divert their royalties into a visiting fellowship fund
that will annually support conference attendance by scholars from the Global South.
