Hi Helen, 

My colleague Linda Sarihan and I are having weekly meetings to discuss training, documentation etc. Linda has done a lot of work looking at the nitty gritty of RDA. We have training sessions planned over the next few months. Personally as someone who just about remembers AACR1 I find RDA a bit of a culture shock! However it's definitely growing on me and I can see its benefits and the need for it.
