Dear Salman,
I have not found a way to do this either. The workaround would be to download the GC into Excel run a function to perform that and then re-upload back into the GC.
If you didn’t have to do this it would be useful to know how to from someone else on the list or Bb Inc staff.

Subject: Rounding GradeCentre percentages to nearest whole number
Dear List,
The Total and Weighted columns in GradeCentre give the percentage to two decimal places. Is there a way to tell the GradeCentre to round these to the nearest whole number?
