Veramed is currently looking for a Senior Statistician to join our expanding team.

Veramed is a specialist CRO based in Twickenham, West London, focused on delivering high quality statistics and programming to the reporting of Phase I-IV clinical trials across a variety of therapeutic areas for the pharmaceutical industry.

Key Responsibilities:
·        Provision of statistical support to clients including the design and analysis of clinical trials and sample size calculations
·        Statistical input into protocols and other study documents
·        Leading the delivery of study reporting activities
·        Exploratory data analysis and data interrogation
·        Provision of statistical expertise and guidance for junior team members
 
Qualifications, Skills & Attributes:
·        3+ years of relevant experience
·        MSc or PhD (or equivalent) in Biostatistics or related field
·        Familiarity with complex statistical methods that apply to Phase I-IV clinical trials
·        In-depth knowledge of applicable clinical research requirements; i.e. GCP and ICH guidelines
·        Strong working knowledge of SAS
·        Excellent verbal and written communication skills including good command of the English language are essential
·        Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
·        Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, managers and clients
·        Self-management skills, with a focus on timely and accurate completion of competing deliverables
·        Knowledge or training in CDISC (SDTM & ADAM) is preferable but not essential
·        Candidates must have the legal authorisation to work in the UK
