Hi all,
In the SPM anatomy toolbox, I would like to know the size ( the number of voxels ) in a certain exact area, say the Left Fusiform. How can I know this?
Also In the result, it says for example :
0.8 voxel = 38.9 % in right Area 6 0.1 % of this area activated
So what does 5.2 % of this area activated ? Does this mean that 10.4 of x is activated where x is the volume of the right hOC3v (V3v) area. If this is correct, then x= (10.4*100/5.2)
Also if this is true, then if I find another cluster that have some voxels in the same area then it should give me the exact x. However, it is not the case for example I found another cluster :
53.1 voxel = 24.6 % in right Area 6 4.2 % of this area activated
Now if you work out the number of voxels in R area 6 the two does not match. So I think I may understanding this wrongly.
