I'm not sure about the VBM toolbox option, as I always go with SPM for that purpose - the non-stationarity correction is included in the meantime, though deactivated per default. To enable the option, go to spm_defaults.m and set defaults.stats.rft.nonstat to 1. Going via the Results button will provide NS corrected p-values on cluster level. The calculation time might take longer. Don't forget to reset the value in spm_defaults if others use the computer as well.

Concerning images, the tricky aspect is that you can't simply define one extent threshold of x voxels and export one mask or thresholded T image, as some clusters might be significant and others non-significant at the chosen threshold. So this might require some painting skills ;-)
