Dear SPM experts,
I am new in SPM, and I am confused about my results.
I completed VBA process using SPM with 1 patient (PAT group) and 3 controls (CON group) FA images. In the end, I got spmT_0001.img, which means T values from 2-sample t-test, and the larger T value is, the stronger the activation is. ( Right? )
Assuming that spmT_0001.img represents the areas where PAT group FA values are smaller than CON group's, does it mean that T value is related to the reduction percentage of FA?
If I just want to view the activated area that FA reduced 20%, how and where can I set the threshold?
And, what is the relationship between T value and p value?
Thanks in advance for any suggestion.

Best,
Sophia
