Hi, My Experiment consists of three parts. Part one imaging data is required, part two no imaging data is required and part three imaging data required again. Would you let the scanner run through or start separately for every single part! What is better in terms of data analysis and data handling? Part 1 and 3 will not contrasted differentially with each other . How do you usually handle this? Many thanks for sharing your experience and advices Ilka
