If this design has repeated-measures (e.g. each subject has more than one con_ image per subject) in the full-factorial; then the group model should be re-run as a flexible factorial to look at the within-subject effects. The main effect of group or any effect of group isn't valid when you have repeated-measures in the GLM. Also, it maybe just as quick/easy for you to setup the analysis yourself as it's only one model that you need to create.
