Dear SPM Experts, Apologies in advance if this has already been answered in a previous post, but I have looked through the mailing archive and could not find any answers... I have a set of 3D images that I would like to resample to stereotaxic space (ICBM152) for which I already have the affine transformation parameters. Is there a way to use some of the SPM tools to do this from the Matlab command line? I have looked at using spm_coreg.m and spm_normalize.m, but to no avail. Any suggestion would be appreciated!
