Dear All, I encountered a problem with my bvecs file while using two different conversion tool. With dcm2nii (MRIcro), I got: 0 0 0 0.511328876018524 -0.344825923442841 0.787044 However, when I use MRIconvert, I got: 0 0 0 -0.511328876018524 0.344825923442841 -0.787044 The signs are exactly opposite. Which bvecs should I use? Any idea why there is an incosistency between these two softwares? Thanks in advance, Catherine
