Steve we use the EOA dvds, both the original one and the new one - unfortunately they are rather biased towards schools but we adapt our training accordingly if we think anything is different for a college. Following a restructure earlier in the year the invigilators were made redundant (we were allowed to retain one!) and we now have to rely upon support staff. I need to conduct some training in the New Year for support staff followed by specific training on the different online portals. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
