David, sorry to take it all so personally – my only excuse is that I have
had the odd barb flung at me hereabouts.
But I still think a concern for the way poems get to be read (rare as that
is) and a discussion of those means should be kept apart from whatever
managerial tendencies are at large in the poetry world.
As for that list, you don’t want to become too inclusive...

My word, Jamie, I never had you in mind for a moment!! The kind of people I
had in mind tend not to show their faces or thoughts in discussion groups like
this. We maybe get an occasional visitor but I'd suggest the ethos of this list
is at a certain remove from that fudgy despotism.
I could certainly add
names to that list btw - I left out The Rest of the World for a start
