I am aware of some colleagues doing 1:4 weekends, with 1:8 on-call but my questions are:-

Q1: who knows of a department where the consultants work 1:3 weekends (although this may be 1:6 oncall) with 2 consultants covering between them 12hr+ (6hr each), each day

Q2: what remuneration is being offered to work 1:3....is it the national contract 1PA for 3 hr or some other financial incentive
