I write to you as Vice-Chair of the EU Civil Society Forum on Drugs. We ask people working in drug treatment to participate in this short questionnaire, which will help guide our input into the next EU Horizontal Working Group on Drugs in December.
The Lithuanian Presidency of the EU has invited the members of the EU Civil Society Forum's Core Group to attend the December 9 meeting of the Horizontal Working Party on Drugs, where we will have an opportunity to speak on behalf of the Forum.
The Civil Society Forum on Drugs would like to make a presentation to Member States about the impact of the financial crisis on drug prevention, treatment and harm reduction services from the perspective of non-governmental organizations.
