Dear All,

Please find the October WLCG T2 report at http://sam-reports.web.cern.ch/sam-reports/2013/201310/wlcg/WLCG_Tier2_OPS_Oct2013.pdf.

As usual, please could sites that missed the 90% target (6 this month) in either availability or reliability send me a quick summary, by Thursday 7th November, of the main contributing factors - I'm sure SL6 upgrades feature. Alternatively please send a pointer to another report/update that already provides the explanation. If you are going to request a re-computation please let me know.

Please verify your data and send comments to WLCG Office by Monday 11 November.

All requests for re-computation must be sent via GGU within 10 calendar days of this e-mail being sent. Further details here.

Reminder: In preparation for the termination of OPS-based Availability Reports, please check the new VO-based Availability Reports which are produced in parallel: October report is here.
