A number of test jobs I've submitted (to test the VOMS servers) have failed with 10 copies of: " - Transfer to CREAM failed due to exception: CREAM Register raised std::exception std::exception" AIUI, that's CREAM telling the WMS "Go away, I'm busy". If I'm wrong, I'm happy to be corrected here. GIven that these jobs fail in about 10 minutes, wouldn't it perhaps be sensible for the WMS to back off for a bit longer before trying that CE again?
